I'm completely new to running a blog but I do write in my journal every day. I'd like to start a blog so I can easily share my experience and views online. Well you can see from how sporadic my posts are that I don't post consistently but that's probably a pretty big part of traffic flow to one's blog. Just keep plugging away thou and something good could happen. Good luck.
